Reto de Nochevieja
Bueno chicas, muchas de vosotras me pedisteis consejos para perder peso y eso voy ha hacer ya que yo tube unos cuantos problemas con mi peso, complejos y demás... Pero eso es una historia muy larga y ahora no viene a cuento.
Estoy haciendo un reto y la verdad me gustaria que lo hicierais conmigo jajajajsjajaja, a ver si perdemos peso juntas
Todos los jueves me peso, y me mido la cadera, los muslos y cintura para ver si pierdo volumen, llevo 1 mes en el gym y ya noto cambios. Quiero comprobar de aqui a nochevieja que pierdo!
Muy bien, os explico! Cada chica tenemos el cuerpo que queremos en mente, nuestra meta, pero todas tenemos el mismo en verdad (vientre plano, muslos finos y glúteos). Vale para conseguir esto hay que trabajar todo el cuerpo pero en especial gluteos, piernas y abdominales, y lo que hay trabajar pero no tanto son los brazos, el pecho y la espalda.
Bien, yo dieta no hago, por ahi empiezo, de la dieta te cansas. Yo desayuno mi vaso de leche con mi tostada, almuerzo fruta, como lo que hace mi madre, meriendo fruta y ceno ensalada con pechuga a la plancha o pescado. Ah si, MUY IMPORTANTE!!!!! Y UN LITRO Y MEDIO DE AGUA AL DIA!!!! MUY MUY MUY IMPORTANTE!!!!
Y dirás porque? Pues porque el agua ayuda a perder más rápido, diluye todo. Se lo que estás pensando y NO, ni se te ocurra beberte más de un litro y medio de agua porque te pienses que vas a perder 5 kg porque no, solo puedes coger una enfermedad de tanta agua (si, beber mucha agua también es malo).
Yo en el gym, hago siempre el mismo calentamiento 45 min de cardio (andar, correr, a ti gusto) los lunes, los miercoles y los viernes.
Los lunes hago mi rutina de abs y glúteos, es muy fácil busca en internet y hazte una como más te guste (si queréis podéis dejar en comentario si queréis mi rutina y la paso). Después hago maquinas, pero solo las de piernas (la de glúteos, cuadriceps, prensa ...) pero poco 15 repeticiones 4 series.
Los martes no hago cardio porque tengo clase de jumping (son saltos en colchonetas elásticashttps://youtu.be/paTLXG2Z6qY ) AL JUMPING TAMBIÉN SE LE LLAMA MATACERULITID, y body pump (clases de tonificación https://youtu.be/yljD7RHTE28 )
Miércoles hago lo mismo que lunes

Sábado hago salgo a correr por la calle 45 min y hago un poco en casa de rutinas, pero muy pocas.
Bueno, aparte de ello todas las mañanas salgo a correr pero con pesas en los tobillos por cuestas (glúteos), corro hacia atrás que también fortalece los glúteos. Os recomiendo correr por las mañanas, cuando te pegas la ducha a las 9 estas como nueva!!)
Bueno chica, si es verdad que he engordado. Y direis COMO? Con todo el ejercicio que haces!!!!
Bien, el músculo pesa más que la grasa por eso al principio coges peso porque estas haciendo músculo, pero he perdido volumen (1 kg de músculo ocupa menos que 1 kg de grasa). Asi que si engordas no te desmotives eso es que tu músculo se está desarrollando!
Se me olvidó deciros, en el jumping (matacerulitis) se trabaja mucho piernas y en el body pump todos los músculos (aqui es el dia de la semana que trabajo la espalda, brazos y hombros)
Todos los jueves cuando me pese y mida os diré como voy y en nochevieja haré foto del antes y el después.
